self-destruct tilts me cause i was doin a nuzlocke in soulsilver and i was against the olivine gym leader and my only pokemon who could do anything against her (i was basically running a full poison team at that point lmao) was my togetic with metronome and she one offs a self-destruct that misses and i had to slowly wipe the gym with crobat bite and hyper potion and ether spam it took an entire hour.  ANYWAYS

I recently played some Crystal and I got extremely lucky in the Olivine Gym. Her Steelix kept missing my totodile with Iron Tail. Like 8 times in a row and he didn't get any hits in. And now my croconaw has iron tail himself and it has only missed once lol.

But yeah Self destruct is awfully annoying. At least when you aren't the one using it lol.

The only gym that gave me trouble was the ghost one. Fuck that gengar with the hypnosis and dream eater combo.

I also thought Sp atk was higher on a pikachu. But according to bulbapedia:
Base Attack = 55
Base sp atk = 50

With Kiro its double. So 110 vs 100.
(all his other stats are normal)

It's not that much of a difference but still..
Does this change your choice?
