Not if Kiro rides on her back and jumps when he's shooting lightning. Although I was thinking Yu would ride Lucy and Kiro'd be on your shoulder, still jumping to attack. It'd be easier to coordinate their efforts if you weren't yelling from down below. It'd also be more bad ass. (Unless Yu is too much of a coward.)

let toothless just fire some air cutters at the inc tentacles, might do some damage might slow them down idk and also b around to catch yu when he falls.

are there any statues or landmark-esque places near water that are small enough for a pokemon like squirtle to vandalize? also, can escape ropes be used as real ropes to for example make a snare? also totally layin down the chocolates as exta bait.

main plan is to capture the squirtle and hope cutting the head off the beast stops it (as in capturing the leader makes the other give up)

Probably best I just answer this instead of somehow making a post from it, so here goes.

If we base it purely on the games then no there is not such a landmark. So we're ignoring that part of the games.

There's nothing near the water but there IS a fountain with a magikarp statue. (Which I made up yesterday while trying to sleep.) Which is probably an ideal target.

As for the escape rope, absolutely. It will count as using the item which is a consumable, just so you're aware you'll have to buy more later.

How are you making sure it's the Squirtle you catch as opposed to the other pokemon who could also fall for the trap?

possibly a manually/pokeally(???) pulled rope trap? i got b honest w/ u rope traps aren't a facet of knowledge i've ever rly accessed.
