I couldn't help but laugh at this. I wasn't expecting this response. I know it's not that funny but I'm still laughing. And I'm not even sure why. Maybe the jesus fucking christ part?

Anyway don't stress yourself out man. The dungeons will be harder than the harem. You would have lost a few points with Shelly if you chose the first one. (But not that much. Shelly is pretty forgiving. Mii might be a bit harder to pull this shit with but you don't have to worry about her yet.)
Just asking for what the pokemon and reward is would have gotten you a neutral result for Shelly. Since curiosity isn't bad.
Saying you'll go to the cave without Aida gives you plus points towards Shelly but would make you unable to do the quest until you meet Aida again.

So arguably you chose the best choice. Plus Shelly points and the quest available immediatly. Of course lying is a risk and you shouldn't but technically you didn't lie. You just hid the quest from Shelly. Of course this means you might want to sneak to Aida behind Shelly her back when turning in the quest. Otherwise Shelly might get a bit mad. But as long as you don't screw up to badly it'll be okay.

Shelly is intentionally the easiest girl to get. She's already in love with you and is pretty mellow. (Really the Aida thing is the only challenge with her.) Because she's the first she's a tutorial of sorts so you can't screw her relationship up too badly. Aida is also easy because she doesn't work like the other girls, she levels up every time you complete a quest. And will not be influenced by anything else. The only way you could get Aida to not join your harem is to not do her quests. Or don't ask her when it gets to that point. (The quests themselves are work enough. Especially the later ones. The first one won't be too bad.)

Mii will probably be the hardest. Because Tsundere.
