He quickly dashes across the battlefield, jumps up and tackles the onix at full force. The onix's lowered defenses cause the attack to hurt much more than it would normally.
Kiro leaps backward into the air away from the angry Onix. It throws another rock at him. But Kiro kicks the rock right back at the onix. Hiting it between its eyes. Its a critical hit!
The Onix goes down and Kiro lands without a scratch on him.
You win! You get 1000pkd.
Kiro gains exp.
Rol also gets some exp from the Geodude fight.
The trainer laughs and congratulates you on your victory. He also gives you a revive.
You send out Kiro.

You check the rock. It is indeed moonstone. You spend five minutes prying it loose. You got a moonstone! (You could use it on Nidowin or save it for later use.)
You realize that you've hit a dead end. The ladder down is the only way you can go from here So that's where you go. You end up in another cramped tunnel and move forward until you find the next ladder down.
Once down the ladder you see another Team rocket who appears to have dozed off. Or if he's awake he shows no signs of having noticed you.

You carefully try to sneak around the rocket grunt. You almost trip over a rock but luckily the rocket grunt doesn't wake up. All three of you make it past him. Once you get around the corner you start walking faster, trying to get as far away from the rocket as possible.
Once you've gotten away safely you take a deep breath and close your eyes for a moment. When you open them again a clefairy is standing in front of you. It seems to be wary of you but also curious.

You call lucy back and carefully attempt to reassure the clefairy. After a few minutes it stops crying. It then bows as if to thank you. It then seems to try to communicate with you and points to something.
But before you find out what it is pointing to you see a rocket grunt walk from behind a corner ahead of you. He seems to have heard the clefairy's cries.
"Step away from that Clefairy you brats! It's property of Team rocket!" He shouts and runs towards you. The clefairy hides behind you and starts crying and shaking again at the sight of the grunt.
The rocket grunt sends out a raticate and orders it to attack the clefairy and anything that stands in the way, a.k.a you.
Send out who?
Objective: Protect the Clefairy. If it faints the Rocket grunt will grab and steal it.

She spirals through the air and hits the raticate dead on. It hurts badly!
The raticate rebounds and is ordered to use hyper fang. But it misses.
(I'm gonna assume you'll choose to do Aerial ace again and do another turn. If you wanted to do something else let me know and I'll redo the second turn.)
Lucy goes for another Aerial ace. And again she makes a clean hit. The raticate is heavily wounded.
The rocket shouts angrily at his raticate. "Hyper fang! And don't screw up this time you fucking pest!" It shivers in fear before lunging out at Lucy with another hyper fang. But again it misses.
"You useless piece of garbage! Ugh." The rocket grunt shouts at his raticate again. He grabs a pokeball and instead of returning Raticate to his ball he sends out another pokemon. A golbat.
"Golbat keep that fucking Fearow busy! Raticate, prove yourself useful and take out that Clefairy, or else!" The Golbat obeys its order and flies after Lucy. And the Raticate dashes underneath Lucy and straight towards the Clefairy behind you.
You send lucy back out.

Meanwhile Lucy attacks the Golbat in front of her. It tries to dodge but her Aerial ace is too fast. It manages to avoid a direct hit however and retaliates by shining an eery light into Lucy's eyes. Lucy becomes confused.

Kiro turns towards the golbat, his cheeks sparking. He then dashes forward, jumps and lands on Lucy's back. The Golbat tries to fly away but Kiro launches himself towards it and releases his thunderbolt. It's super effective!
The golbat falls to the ground, knocked out. Kiro lands next to it and turns his attention towards the Rocket grunt. Kiro's eyes fill with anger as he growls at the grunt. The grunt is about to say something but before he can utter a word a massive bolt of lightning erupts from kiro and strikes the grunt.
The grunt falls face first to the ground. He doesn't get up and just lays there, twitching.
You return your pokemon to their balls.
"Is.. is he dead?" Shelly asks. Worried that Kiro might have commited murder.
"Nah, just a little shocked." Mii replies.
The clefairy steps forward and bows to you. "I think it's thanking us."
It then points to a small gap in the wall and walks toward it. "Uh.. should we follow?"
You nod and follow the clefairy. You manage to squeeze yourself through the gap and come into a small room. In the middle of the room seems to be a spring. The water inside slightly glows, illuminating the room.
The clefairy jumps into the water and washes itself. She turns into a great fairy from the legend of zelda. The wounds on its body seem to heal.
"I think she's showing us we can use the spring to heal our pokemon."
You let out your pokemon and let them sit in the spring. Only Crystal is too big to fit in this room so you don't heal her. But the others are all returned to full health. The clefairy also hands you a gold nugget as thanks.
You squeeze through the gap again and return to where you were. The rocket grunt is still lying face down on the ground. As you look back you notice that the gap you went through has disappeared.
"Huh, thats weird."
You shrug it off and head forward.
Suddenly you're attacked by Arceusdamned Zubats and a Golbat.

Toothless tries to bite a zubat but it dodges and he bites his own tongue instead. He flinches.
The wild golbat sees this happening and goes in to bite Toothless. It hits.
Nidowin opens his mouth and shoots a water pulse at the Zubat that dodged Toothless. It hits and the pulse also damages the surrounding zubat lightly.
All of the Zubat go to support the Golbat and unleash an eery light upon Toothless. He manages to dodge the first light but the four others all shine directly into his eyes. Toothless is now confused.

The three Zubats around it are also hurt by the shockwave.
The four Zubats in the air gather and shine the eery light on Nidowin this time. But he closes his eyes and looks away.
"Ugh, What are you doing? It's gonna take ages to take out those Zubats like this. Sheesh." Mii sighs and sends out Az.

Az fires an ember at the zubat and hits a wing. The zubat has trouble staying in the air with its hurt wing.
Nidowin follows up with another water pulse and takes down the zubat. The other two zubat are hit by the pulse.
The two Zubat keep trying to shine the eery light in Nido's eyes. But instead the confused zubat shines its light at the other zubat. Confusing that one too.
You close your eyes and praise Helix.
"Ugh this is still taking too long." Mii complains.
"Try flamewheel! That should do more damage!" Shelly advises.

Toothless tries to bite the golbat. It pulls away but Toothless manages to bite its foot. Doing some damage.
The Golbat tries to shine another eery light on Toothless but toothless does a barrel roll and avoids it.
Az jumps high up in the air and begins spinning. She then ignites her flame creating a wheel of flames that is heading straight at the golbat. Hitting it in the back as it is trying to shine its light on toothless. Its a critical hit! The flaming wheel causes the golbat to slam into the ground.
Nidowin then fires a water pulse at the golbat while its down. It's a direct hit and the golbat is blasted back, rolling over the ground. He gets back up but is obviously wounded. Neither of the zubat were close enough to be hit by the pulse.
One of the zubat tries to swing over to toothless and attack him. But the other zubat is confused and attacks the first zubat before it can do anything. They start attacking each other.

Nidowin tries to shake the ringing out of his ears and takes a leap before trying to sting the voltorb again. It rolls to the side and nido's horn only scratches it slightly.
(To speed things up I'm gonna assume you want to do the same thing again and do another turn.)
The Voltorb starts glowing again and unleashes another sonic boom. The shockwave hits nido in the side and launches him up.
But Nido was prepared this time and lands safely, although hurt by the shockwave. He then launches himself forward and tries to sting the voltorb again. This time the voltorb is caught off guard and Nido lands a critical hit! The voltorb is now poisoned and slightly hurt.
The voltorb is hurt by the poison.

"Good call. There was a 90% chance of your Nidorino being knocked out with my next attack." The trainer says as he adjusts his glasses. "But you fell right into my trap! Voltorb initiate self destruct sequence!"
The voltorb begins to emit a pulsing red light and rolls straight towards Bruce. Bruce panicks and the voltorb explodes just as he tries to jump away. Its a critical hit! Bruce is sent flying and falls next to your feet. He has been completely knocked out by the blast.
The voltorb too passes out as the smoke passes.
The trainer grins as he sends out his next and last pokemon. A Grimer.

Psyche releases a cloud of sleeping powder. The grimer resists it.
It reaches out its slimy hands and and slams it down on psyche. It's a critical hit! Psyche is hurt.
(Because you can't really do much else I'll repeat this until the disable wears off or until Psyche is dangerously low on HP. Depending on which happens first.
If you don't want this then I'll redo the paragraphs below next time based on what you do want to do. )
Psyche tries releasing another cloud of sleeping powder. This time the grimer gets a face full of the powder and quickly dozes off. While sleeping it's almost impossible to tell its a pokemon and not just a pile of sludge.
The fight comes to a halt. While the grimer is fast asleep Psyche tries to get the sludge off her antenae. She succeeds. The grimer wakes up just as she is done cleaning herself. Confusion is no longer disabled.
The fight resumes.

Psyche unleashes another confusion.
Its super effective!
The grimer is getting tired. Its trainer closes his eyes and mumbles to himself.
He doesn't give any orders to his grimer so it just sits there. You prepare to finish the battle with a last confusion. When suddenly the trainer shouts "I give up!"
After a moment of confused silence on your part he continues: "My chance of victory is non-existant. You win." He calls back his grimer to its ball.
Nido levels up and Psyche gains exp.
You get 1400 pkd.
"Fine you can have some fossils. But only two!"
You get a Helix and Dome fossil. (1 for Yu and 1 for Mii, you decide who gets which one)
You are about to leave the strange trainer with his pile of fossils when a round object rolls towards you before releasing a cloud of smoke and out of the smoke step two people. Both belong to Team rocket. A blue haired man and a red haired woman.
"Those fossils belong to Team rocket. Hand them over, all of them." They announce in unison.
The man sends out a koffing. And the woman sends out an Ekans.
A random Meowth also appears on their side.
"Fuck you." Mii yells at the rockets.
Boss battle.
(Reminder in case you forgot: Kiro would be angry if you left him out of this fight.)

Rol is the fastest and feints an attack on the meowth. The meowth falls for it and dodges the fake attack. Leaving itself completely open.
Lucy takes advantage of this and strikes the meowth in its blind spot. Taking it out in one fell swoop.
Then Kiro Jumps off Lucy and unleashes a thunderbolt on Koffing, Ekans and the team rocket members.
Koffing and Ekans barely hold on and are very wounded. The two pokemon look at each other and run away. The rockets run after their pokemon.
After an awkward silence the blue haired rocket runs back to pick up the meowth and runs away again with the meowth under his arm.
Rol levels up.
Kiro and Lucy gain exp.
Kiro feels slightly better now. You gain a bond point with Kiro.
Kiro can learn a new move, choose one: (and which move to replace)

Congratulations! You have cleared Mt.Moon.
"Finally we're out." Mii takes in a breath of fresh air.
"And much faster than we expected. We can actually make it to the city in time for dinner." Shelly seems happy about not having to camp outside. She jumps in the air out of joy.
"Uh, Shell, there's a hole in your dress." Mii points out.
You look and indeed there is a tear in Shelly's dress. Right above her butt.
"Huh?" Shelly feels around and finds the hole. "AAAAAAAHHHH!" She screams and flails around trying to find something to cover the hole with.
"That's what you get for wearing that kinda outfit while exploring a cave." Mii chuckles.
"It's his fault!" Shelly points at you while covering her butt with her other hand.
"When my clothes got ruined by spider webs I asked him to bring back some clothes. And this is what he picked!" She glares at you.
"Well that explains it. Never trust a guy to pick your outfit." Mii turns to you and shakes her head.
Both girls are visibly disappointed in you. You probably lost some relationship points.
"Here you can borrow my jacket." Mii gives her jacket to Shelly. It's just long enough to cover the hole.
The girls start walking towards the city. You can see the buildings in the distance beyond the hills.
You notice the girls are not waiting for you. You hurry after them.
You quickly catch up. But then three wild Ekans jump out and attack.
